- Plaintiff attorney in a RCRA citizen suit action against an architectural hardware manufacturer that allowed or caused tetrachloroethylene to leak into the soil and groundwater resulting in a groundwater contamination plume over five miles long. Investigated alleged regulatory violations, assimilated technical-legal facts, located and coordinated experts, developed prosecutorial strategies, propounded and responded to discovery and took depositions of defense experts.
