Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information Via this Website
The DiGiglia Law Firm, LLC (“DLF”) collects certain personal information through this website. The following describes what information is collected and how that information may or may not be used and shared with third parties.
DLF collects information that you submit via an online form on this website. You may use an online form, for example, to request information on our legal services, register for a seminar sponsored by DLF or to receive notices of environmental news updates. The information you enter will typically include, for example, your name, title, company, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
The information you submit will be retained by DLF in a database maintained by DLF or its service provider, and will be used by DLF to complete your request, such as registering you for the seminar you requested. DLF will not share the information with any third party, except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Statement. DLF may share the information to complete your request. For example, if you register for a seminar co-sponsored by another organization, or at which a lecturer outside DLF will speak, DLF may share the information with that organization or the speaker (or the organization with which that speaker is affiliated). DLF may also share the information with a successor in interest, an affiliate or its consultants and experts who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information. For example, if DLF merges with another law firm, DLF may share the information with that firm. DLF may also share the information as permitted by law. For example, DLF may provide the information in response to a subpoena, an authorized law enforcement or governmental agency request, or a court order.
DLF may also use the information retained in the database to communicate with you directly either by e-mail or direct mail, such as to inform you about new features of the DLF website, newsworthy topics and upcoming events that may be of interest to you. For example, DLF may use your e-mail address to send you information changes to the Resource Center, a newsletter or an announcement concerning an upcoming seminar. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we rigorously maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
By submitting your e-mail address to DLF, you opt-in to receiving e-mail from DLF or The DiGiglia Report. You may opt-out of receiving further e-mail by contacting info@digiglia.com and indicating “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Any changes to this privacy statement will be made through a revised posting of this Privacy Statement on the DLF website.
